Returns and ExchangesRETURNS
Freckle Face will accept product returns with the original packaging and in unused condition for a refund or exchange when accompanied by the original purchase confirmation email within 15 days from the date of shipment. All sale and custom orders are considered final sale.
All refunds will be applied to the original form of payment, excluding shipping costs. Freckle Face is not responsible for any returns that are lost, damaged or sent to the wrong address. Please note there will be a fee for returns sent to the wrong address, which will be reflected in your refund amount.
Once your refund has been issued, you will be notified via email. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process the refund.
Freckle Face reserves the right to refuse returned products that have been used, worn or altered in any way. All packaging must be included in your return.
ISSUING YOUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE
To request a return or exchange, please e-mail us within 5 days of receipt of your order with the reason for your return.
Once approved, you will receive an email with return instructions.
Please make sure the product is in its original un-used condition and all packaging before sending it back. Items must be returned within 7-10 days of your return instructions email.

Please note: All shipping fees for returns are to be paid by the customer. Exchanges are subject to additional shipping fees.
Your return will be deemed ineligible for a refund or exchange if the following occurs:
1. Your package is received at Freckle Face Jewellery past the 10-day window since receiving the email return instructions.
2. Your item(s) are defective, worn or damaged.
If a return is deemed unacceptable, it can be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
Repairs happen on a case by case basis. Please e-mail us to discuss the details of the repair. A photo of your item may be requested. Each repair is different and repair fees will be discussed and agreed upon prior to the item being returned for repair. Please mail items to the address above.
If a product arrives damaged or defective, please e-mail us within 5 business days of the date of delivery to request a replacement item. Please include a brief description about what is damaged/defective along with an image of the item. Freckle Face Jewellery will access the item to determine whether it is a manufacturing defect or natural wear and tear of the product.
