At Freckle Face Jewellery, your happiness means the world to me! While I currently don’t offer returns or refunds, I’m always here to help if there’s an issue.

Please note: I may not be able to offer exchanges for pieces that show signs of regular wear, tear, or age.

To keep your jewels looking their best, avoid wearing them in the shower, bath, or pool — a little care goes a long way in keeping them sparkling for years to come.

Oops, Something Broke?

If your Freckle Face Jewellery arrives damaged or breaks unexpectedly, don’t worry — I’ve got you. Just send me a message on Instagram or Facebook (@frecklefacejewellery), or email me at angie@frecklefacejewellery.com with a photo of the item and your location. I’ll let you know if it can be fixed or replaced, and we’ll take care of it together.

No need to return the item unless I specifically ask you to — easy peasy.


Exchanges

Need to swap something out? No problem — just reach out first to get the okay. If your exchange is approved, the item must be returned in brand-new condition within 14 days of purchase.

Kindly note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
