This necklace is hypoallergenic. This stainless steel chain is a 22" adjustable so you can wear it as short as you like it. The antique copper flower pendant is approximately 30mm You can easily remove the flower pendant and add mix and match charms (see link) or charm bar charms. I always make my pendants so that they are removeable from their chains so you can mix and match your Freckle Face Pieces. At Freckle Face, we love OPTIONS!
